Joe Cash was first licensed in 1981 and worked his way up to being one of the top agents in the Metuchen – Edison, New Jersey real estate market. He then took his experience and moved into corporate marketing and sales, becoming an award winning sales person in real estate publishing and information technology, and later the VP of Marketing & Sales for Embassy Elevator, a successful New York City elevator company. A change in the economy led him back to real estate brokerage in late 2001. Since that time, he has consistently ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents in the local market, including Branchburg, Flemington, Somerset County and Hunterdon County. He has won awards from Prudential, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and the local board of Realtors.
His formula for success is simple: hard work and a very high degree of personalized service. Working with anyone from first time home buyers, seasoned sellers, to real estate investors and REO (foreclosure) sellers and buyers, he understands that each individual has specific needs and always makes certain those needs are fulfilled.
